Important Notice

We have received reports of fraudulent communications unlawfully using the name and letterhead of our Law Firm.

Please note that Law Firm BBPLegal does not send cease-and-desist letters or official communications except via certified email (PEC), registered mail, or emails sent from our official domains.

We kindly ask anyone who receives suspicious messages that appear to originate from our Firm to:

• refrain from acting upon them
• avoid opening any attachments
• promptly forward a full copy to our office for verification

Our Firm has already reported the matter to the competent authorities.
